Who we are

A&H TECH WORLD LTD, a company registered in Cyprus (reg. no. HE 494576), registered office Orfeos 2B, 1070 Nicosia, Cyprus (“A&H”, “we”). Contact: hello@ahtech.world.

We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect and why

• Contact form and email. Your name, email, company, budget range and message — to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract / our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Client work. Contact details of people at client companies, to deliver and invoice the work. Legal basis: contract and legal obligations (accounting, tax).
• Server logs. Our host records technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

We do not use advertising trackers, sell personal data or use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting (logs).
• Formspree — receives contact form submissions and forwards them to us.
• Our email provider, and our accountants or advisers where needed.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data leaves the EEA we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 12 months. Client and invoicing records: as long as Cyprus accounting and tax law requires (typically 6–7 years). Server logs: per our host’s standard retention.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict our use of it, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email hello@ahtech.world; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
